But can I just say that Eight Legged Freaks is one of the worst movies I've ever seen. Clearly, the idea is awesome, but the execution was terrible.
It was like watching a live action cartoon, squarely, and solely aimed at children complete with little to no interesting action/violence, over the top characters, and plenty of sight gags featuring giant bugs, with cute noises and sound effects added in as 'bug talk'.
I stopped watching about 3/4s of the way in, and promptly threw my copy in the garbage.
Great collection there. Funny, too, since we just today watched "The Giant Spider Invasion" from 1975. Kind of a let down, but interesting. And it had the Skipper!
