Other than admiring Adrienne Barbeau for her incredible work in both film and television, I always loved the way she styled her hair. I wish I could pull the look off, but it would look terrible on me.
Pic # 2 = Carol Traynor!
Interesting how she got noticed initially as Bea Arthur's daughter on "Maude" and then went on to B Movie Scream Queen (but I guess marrying John Carpenter will do that for a gal!)
I heard an interview with her recently seems she's penned a couple of vampire books.
Adrienne Barbeau is one fine favorite of mine. She's expected to attend tomorrow's West Hollywood Book Fair. I think I'm going! Thanks, B-Sol.
B, have you seen Alice Jacobs is Dead? An incredible short film starring Adrienne. I know you'd love it.
I just watched The Fog today... her voice is a definite turn on, even though I'm a girl. Yup, I'd go gay for her back in the day.
I have met my fair share of celebs, and Barbeau is one of the kindest I have ever encountered. She is the definition of a lovely women.
Nicer than Savini then, I take it!
Yes! But in a way, they both can be looked at as a couple of boobs but for glaringly different reasons!
What an awesome lady!
Here's a little more on Adrienne's B movie career:
